"Was looking for someone to review Medicare info with in person and was also seeking a State Farm agent due to mine retiring. Kendallville is the area of choice. Scheduled an appointment with Zach Pruitt due to previous ratings. MEDICARE was the main topic. Never met Zach before today. Very impressed with his presentation and his get 'er done attitude. During our meeting he made a call to a specialist to confirm Humana acceptance. Due to Zach's actions all my questions were answered. God and family were weaved together in a unique way during conversation which confirmed State Farm is my Home for insurance. Feeling blessed!"

"Rhonda was a great help and I was VERY impressed with the speed of submitting my claim for the repairs for my wife's vehicle and the rental vehicle needed. No confusion all questions answered right away. I'd say in less than an hour the body shop had what they needed and Enterprise was calling too set me up with a rental. What i thought was going to be a long stressful day was so simple with the help from Rhonda. Hopefully I never go through anything like this again but if I do I know Rhonda and the team at Zach's State Farm will handle things with with no worries. Thank You again."
